Full payment (100%) is required to confirm the booking. Payments should only be made after receiving an official invoice from us.
A transport surcharge of $50 applies to venues located in Changi, Sentosa, Tuas, and Jurong Island.
We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, PayNow and E-Invoice via vendors@gov
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Events may only be rescheduled up to 14 working days prior to the event date.
If an event is cancelled more than 7 working days before the event, 50% of the total payment will be retained.
If an event is cancelled within 7 working days of the event, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited.
Conduct and Liability
Innovative Event Concepts reserves the right to terminate the event immediately without refund if any of our staff members are subjected to verbal abuse by the client or their guests.
Innovative Event Concepts will not be held responsible for cleaning up any mess generated as a result of the activities or by the attendees.
Equipment and Service
The client is responsible for providing a suitable environment for the setup and operation of our services. This includes access to necessary power outlets and sufficient space for equipment and activities.
If equipment rental (e.g., tables and carts) is included in your booking, the client will be held responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the event.
Force Majeure
Innovative Event Concepts shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, or delays in transportation.
